Short ranged trap that damages enemies as they walk by. The Grinder has a health bar to represent its active time. Like Barricade it resets health during Go breaks. Base health of 300.
Notes: The damage is applied and taken from the grinders total health pool before modifiers are applied. Each tick (1/4 sec) does 12.5 damage. This value rounds up. Each tick does damage to all enemies within range. If the total damage done in 1 trap cycle is less than 237/437 (meaning the grinder can still output damage) for the next trigger than the damage can exceed the cap of 250/450 as it will damage all enemies in front of it.
